Part-Time Host Business Development Representative

Help small businesses across America welcome RV travelers, and grow their sales doing it.

RV Overnights connects RV travelers with wineries,farms, breweries, museums, golf courses, and other local businesses that host them overnight. Every new host means more places for our members to stay and more customers walking through a small business's door. We need someone to grow that network.

About the Role

You'll find, pitch, and sign new host businesses. This is a phone-and-email role. You'll talk with winery owners, farmers, brewers, and shop owners about why hosting RVers is good for their business. Success looks like a steady stream of new, quality hosts joining the network every week.

What You'll Do

• Prospect small businesses in our 14 host categories
• Make outreach calls and send emails to business owners
• Explain how hosting works and answer their questions
• Guide new hosts through sign-up and onboarding
• Track every lead and conversation in HubSpot
• Hit weekly host sign-up goals

• Business owners are busy. Persistence (the polite kind) wins

Required

• 1+ year in sales, business development, or outbound calling
• Comfortable making calls to business owners every day
• Clear, friendly writing for emails
• Reliable home internet and phone setup

Nice to Have

• Experience with a CRM (HubSpot a plus)
• RV or camping experience
• Background working with or owning a small business
• Experience in agriculture, wine, tourism, or hospitality

• Hours: 10-20 hours/week, flexible schedule
• Pay: Starting at $20 per hour based on Experience
• 100% remote
