Air Education Inc. (Air Reading) delivers evidence-based, small-group online reading instruction to elementary students across the United States. Tutors lead structured lessons via Zoom for up to four students, following provided curricula and ongoing coaching.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, US work authorization, and the ability to teach Monday–Friday with a flexible schedule between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
