Warehouse AssociateArrowhead Engineered Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our mid-shift operation, working Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.Hourly Pay: $20.00/hourIn this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming inventory, accurately picking and fulfilling customer orders, packing and shipping products, and maintaining inventory within the assigned department.Key ResponsibilitiesPick and prepare customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.Weigh products using designated warehouse equipment.Verify part numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.Pack and ship orders while ensuring all required components are included.Review customer order notes and fulfill any special requirements.Receive, unload, and inspect incoming freight.Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.Maintain inventory levels and shipping supplies.Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits.Report inventory, shelving, or stock concerns to warehouse leadership.Communicate shortages, damaged products, or discrepancies to the Lead or Supervisor.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Perform additional duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.Previous warehouse, distribution, or related experience preferred.Experience using RF handheld scanners is a plus.Strong English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking, to support workplace safety and operational requirements.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.Frequent use of hands and arms for handling materials and reaching above shoulder level and below the waist.Ability to regularly lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 65 pounds.Comfortable performing physical work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Work EnvironmentNon-climate-controlled warehouse setting.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a team environment, and take pride in accuracy, efficiency, and customer service.
