Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Publishing, or related field, 3+ years of professional experience in technical editing, document production, publishing, or related work, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including styles, templates, formatting figures and tables, cross-references, and multilevel numbering in complex technical documents, advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro, including watermarking, security controls, and preparation of publication-ready PDF files, strong attention to detail, visual precision, and time-management skills, ability to interpret and apply detailed editorial and formatting requirements under minimal supervision, experience working with standards development organizations, technical publications, consensus processes, regulatory documents, or similar technical content, and familiarity with editorial or standards-development guidance such as The Chicago Manual of Style, ANSI Essential Requirements, or comparable technical publishing requirements.
Preferred qualifications include relevant experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment and experience collaborating effectively in diverse and inclusive professional environments.
