Communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and People Leaders. Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.QualificationsNo education or experience required.Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.Ability to read, understand, and interpret employment policies and safety instructions.Self‑starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations and needs.Proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology.Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.Essential Physical RequirementsProlonged walking and standing for the duration of the scheduled shift (excluding breaks).Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment.Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color vision.Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.Ability to hear and see safety/emergency alarms and Power Industrial Truck warning devices.Additional RequirementsRandom drug testing for all colleagues will be conducted on a monthly or semi‑monthly basis, depending on facility size and number of colleagues. Colleagues will be randomly selected for testing by a third party.
