Come grow with us! We are seeking experienced metal stamping press operators for 2nd shift and 3rd shift at our facilities in Portland, TN. Our 2nd shift and 3rd shift offers a 10% shift premium for a max of $30.80/hr. Employees become eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance after 30 days of employment. In addition, we offer a $1000 sign on bonus, a competitive 401(k) program, paid holidays, and vacation. Tuition assistance is available to employees after 1 year of service.

General summary: Safely and efficiently operate a stamping press producing stamped parts. The primary focus being on safety, quality, and efficient production techniques by utilizing the NASG press standards and procedures. Continuous improvement attitude with a willingness to adopt new ideas/skills using the TQPS principles of TSL.
