Details for Warehouse Picker / Packerposition:

• $16.50 / Hour
• Monday-Friday | 5am-1:30pm
• Occasional Volunteer Overtime on Saturdays as needed
• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
• Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service
• Fast Start Date
• Weekly Pay

Job duties for Warehouse Picker / Packer:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and on time
• Scan and record products and labels in the warehouse management system
• Verify order accuracy and monitor product quality, reporting issues as needed
• Operate warehouse equipment including palletizer, wrapper, forklift, cherry picker, and electric pallet jack
• Report equipment or mechanical issues promptly
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized workspace (6S standards)
• Support continuous improvement efforts and process enhancements
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

Requirements and Desired Skills for Warehouse Picker / Packer:

• High School Diploma or GED; 1-3 months of prior related experience/training preferred
• Picking, packing, stocking, and/or loading or related experience preferred
• Previous forklift and/or cherry picker experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to read, write, and speak English, per safety procedures
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, reach, hear, and see well.
