IT Support Specialist (Onsite)

Compensation:
$60,000–$65,000 base salary + bonus potential
Overview:
A multi-site manufacturing organization is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on desktop and infrastructure support at its Portland, TN facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being onsite, working directly with users, and expanding their technical skill set beyond traditional help desk responsibilities.
Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite desktop and user support
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripherals
• Set up workstations, phones, and user accounts
• Run network and camera cabling and support security systems
• Coordinate with IT vendors for printer and equipment support
• Travel occasionally to other company locations for project support
• Document IT processes and escalate issues when needed

• 2+ years of IT help desk or desktop support experience
• Hands-on experience with hardware, printers, and basic networking
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently
• Must be able to work onsite full-time in Portland, TN
