We have experience helping a diverse client base in warehousing services, transportation management, supply chain management, order fulfillment and labor needs.SummaryOur Team Members operate powered industrial equipment such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts with fork or clamp attachments. Tasks loading/unloading pallets and cases, picking/staging orders, putting away pallets, and other general forklift work.Roles and Responsibilities* Conduct operations in a manner promoting safety* Sit-down lift experiences preferred* Minimum of 6 months of forklift and warehouse experience* Must be super-efficient in all tasks required* Put away inbound shipments/move product to storage locations using a forklift* Picking cases by the each onto pallets using the powered equipment* Prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and correct item is staged for loading* Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy* Report quality variances* Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion* Assist in any required physical inventories* Complete daily inspection of equipment* Perform additional duties as assigned by management* Ensure proper stock rotation* Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program* Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards* Ability to read, understand and follow instructions, and to code applicable documentsQualifications* Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test* This position requires lifting cases weighing from 20-45 pounds repeatedly throughout a long work period* 18 years or older* Working in a high-speed manufacturing environment (e.g., team-oriented, deadline driven, high performance demands, fast-paced, etc.)* Driving a forklift (e.g., performing basic operations such as driving forwards, driving backwards, lifting and lowering boom, maneuvering in tight areas without damaging product, etc.)* Working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically, etc.)* Working with standards of operation (e.g., OSHA requirements on minimum/maximum speeds, signaling, putting products in appropriate areas, etc.)Safety:* Observe and follow health and safety regulations* Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.* Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures* Maintain detailed records of safety incidents* Assign designated safety personnel* Maintain warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.Xpedient Logistics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Xpedient offers competitive wages, insurance benefits (medical, dental, vision and life), paid time off and holidays.Compensation details: 17.5 Yearly SalaryPI0e288abbdbce-29400-40523263
