Provides support to the Human Resources Manager on all personnel matters. Duties:Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees. Verifies I-9 documentation and maintain binder. Assists with the preparation and monitoring of the performance appraisal process. Assists Human Resources Manager with various research and special projects. Assists with recruitment and interview process. Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by Human Resources Manager. Make photocopies, fax documents, and perform other clerical functions. Prepares new employee files and file papers and documents into appropriate employee files. Assists department in carrying out various human resources functions for all employees. Conducts new employee orientation and employee reference checks.
