Job Details

Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put away, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and customer support. Supervise, coach, train, and develop warehouse supervisors, team leads, and hourly team members. Build a safe, organized, and accountable work environment. Manage labor planning, workflow, productivity, quality, safety, and inventory accuracy. Track and improve key performance indicators related to service, cost, productivity, safety, and inventory. Conduct process reviews, time studies, audits, and root cause analysis. Develop and implement action plans to improve operational performance. Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, audits, system discipline, and corrective actions.
