Circle K - 1775 Madison Street - Responsibilities: Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members and supervise in RM's absence; Ensure food quality, food safety, and operational standards are met; Monitors and ensures accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records; complete end of shift and end of day paperwork; In absence of the RM, complete daily, weekly and end of period paperwork, inventory counts, and cash counts; Partner with the Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics and ensure a profitable restaurant
