Job Details

The Location Manager acts as the owner of the location and has responsibility for all activities that occur within the location. The Location Manager focuses on all aspects of business success including customer satisfaction, fiscal responsibility, process efficiency, employee safety, and employee development. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Hire, train, and supervise all employees at the location. Conduct annual review with all employees. Providing a safe work environment for all employees through complete implementation of company safety programs. Ensuring complete customer satisfaction for seed produced, processed, or distributed from their location. Maximizing production of seed that meets all quality specifications. Implementation of the ISO Quality Management System, as it applies to the location and responsibility as the location ISO Management Representative.
