Experienced Full-Time Line Cook

At Tennessee Grasslands Golf & Country Club, we pride ourselves on delivering an elevated dining experience to our members and guests. From upscale la carte dining to private events and banquets, our culinary team is committed to quality, consistency, and creativity.

Were looking for experienced line cooks who are passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and take pride in executing dishes at a high level.

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Work assigned stations (grill, saut, pantry, etc.) with efficiency and precision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are followed
• Assist with prep work and daily kitchen setup/breakdown
• Communicate effectively with chefs and team members during service
• Support banquet and special event execution as needed

???? What You Bring

• 2+ years of line cook experience, preferably in a fine dining or upscale environment restaurant or private club
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety practices
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
