The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading all aspects of store operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive store performance. This role includes overseeing daily operational functions, supervising team members, executing merchandising plans, and ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures. The Assistant Store Manager also plays a key role in mentoring staff, resolving customer concerns, and stepping into leadership in the Store Manager's absence.
