Job Description
The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for the office, greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner while managing incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars as needed, and handling incoming mail and deliveries. The receptionist will help keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming, while also supporting the team with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and assisting with clerical projects. This position requires following office procedures, exercising discretion, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
