Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, helping to control access, direct foot traffic, and support a professional environment.; Support hospital and clinic operations by assisting with de-escalation, documenting incidents, and communicating with staff and/or first responders when needed.
