• Engage with potential candidates to introduce exciting opportunities through MLR and assess their interest
• Schedule appointments for thorough candidate screenings with our recruitment team
• Follow up on leads to sustain enthusiasm and assist through the hiring process
• Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Receive commissions based on the meetings you establish, the interviews that follow, and the hires made from your connections

Essential Qualities for Success

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
