Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time (flexible scheduling options available)

• Procedures: Comprehensive pediatric dentistry, including GA cases

• Patient Population: Pediatric-focused, family-oriented practice

• Technology: Digital & panoramic imaging

• Payor Mix: Established and stable

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential: $300,000 $400,000+ annually

• Daily Guarantee: Competitive guarantee during ramp-up

• Compensation: Production-based with strong upside

• Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: Up to $25,000

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pediatric dental care in a compassionate setting

• Perform restorative, preventive, and GA-supported procedures

• Educate families on oral health and preventive care

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for efficient patient flow

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school

• Pediatric Dentistry Specialty Certificate

• Active Kentucky dental license (or in process)

• Ability to maintain required malpractice coverage

• Open to all experience levels

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, not required
