Job Title: Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Mortgage & Insurance Support
Location: remote
Adecco is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from customers, providing support by researching and resolving loan-level inquiries related to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss. You will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience while helping individuals navigate complex financial situations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries related to mortgage loans, hazard insurance, and property loss
Listen actively to customer concerns and demonstrate empathy while providing effective solutions
Research issues thoroughly and ensure accurate, timely resolutions
Take initiative to understand each customer's unique situation and tailor solutions accordingly
Proactively identify ways to help customers avoid future challenges
Participate in special projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed
Adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment Requirements:
Bilingual Spanish
12+ months of call center experience
Banking, insurance or financial experience
Strong communication and active listening skills
A customer-first mindset with a high level of empathy and professionalism
Ability to work independently and take initiative

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
