Description:

Accounts Payable Associate The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments while maintaining the integrity of financial records. This role plays a key part in supporting the accounting function by ensuring proper documentation, reconciling accounts, and upholding compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Key Responsibilities Review, validate, and process vendor invoices accurately and within established timelinesMatch invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation to ensure proper authorizationReconcile vendor statements and proactively investigate and resolve discrepanciesPrepare and execute check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfersMaintain organized and accurate accounts payable records and documentationRespond promptly to vendor inquiries and foster positive, professional relationshipsSupport month-end close activities, including accrual preparation and reportingEnsure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and accounting best practicesProvide documentation and support during internal and external auditsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen AP processesQualifications 13 years of accounts payable or general accounting experienceSolid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systemsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsEffective communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesAt Holley, we're more than a performance parts companywe're a community of enthusiasts, innovators, and problem-solvers.
