Ready to build something great? We are seeking energetic Team Members to join our high-performing millwork facility. In this role, you'll operate power tools and machinery to manufacture top-tier products while meeting key productivity targets. salary: $15.49 - $15.5 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 5 AM - 1:30 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• This position is to safely manufacture high-quality products to specifications while meeting\exceeding productivity targets.
• Team members may have different roles or positions, such as: building, door pull, glass pull, palletizing which requires lifting up to 50lbs.
• Team members work together to ensure in the millwork facility that the product ordered by the store or customer meets their specifications, has no damage, and gets to the store by the due date.
• Some of the tasks performed by team members involve operating machinery, power tools, or power equipment. A team member may be assigned to receive and put away stock using power equipment, assemble products using machinery or power tools, or load outbound trucks using power equipment. The activities performed by Team Members are instrumental in a facility achieving or exceeding key performance indicator metrics.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time

Skills

assembly (1 year of experience is preferred)

Production (1 year of experience is preferred)

Use of Hand Powered Tools (1 year of experience is preferred)
