Shoe Sensation is looking for an energetic Retail Co-Store Manager who loves talking to people, thrives in sales, and leads with confidence. Our managers treat the store like their own-driving results, building strong teams, and creating Sensational customer experiences.

Responsibilities
• Assist in leading and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service goals
• Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to checkout
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and develop team members
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
• Process freight and execute seasonal floor sets
• Assisting in creating and publish weekly store schedules
• Manage daily deposits and bank runs
• Assist in maintaining proper staffing levels based on business needs
• Support community events, local partnerships, and charitable initiatives

Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for sales and team development
• Ability to work independently and lead through change
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable with fast-paced environments
• Valid driver's license and personal transportation (banking responsibilities)
