Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a guest-focused and positive attitude
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Understand basic operations of dishwashing machines
• Take full responsibility for cleanliness of all dishes, glassware, tableware, and utensils
• Efficiently lift and manage racks of dishes and glassware
• Hand wash pots, pans, and trays when required
• Dispose of trash properly and keep work areas clean
• Ensure cleanliness of floors at the end of shifts
• Comply with all food safety and personal safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation, including tables and equipment
• Complete tasks within designated time frames
• Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facility as needed
• Follow all opening and closing procedures for the dish area
• Be prepared to reach, bend, stoop frequently
• Demonstrate the ability to stand for long periods of time
