Heavy Forklift Operator - Multiple Shifts. Russellville, KY - Responsibility & Authority. The Heavy Forklift Operator reports directly to the Site Supervisor or Warehouse Manager and engages in material handling activities for Bluegrass and customers production and warehouse systems in demanding manufacturing and warehousing environments. The Heavy Forklift Operator must have the ability to work with customers, team members, suppliers and with Accounting and Human Resources on various aspects of multiple projects. The Heavy Forklift Operator must have strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to establish and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally. The Heavy Forklift Operator may be asked to assist with all aspects of the operation. This position also requires at least two years of recent experience operating Heavy Forklifts(20 ton or larger).
