Job Responsibilities

• Assist in operating and maintaining plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform various labor tasks including cleaning, material handling, and supporting production activities.
• Contribute to the efficiency of the workflow by actively promoting safe practices.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.

Employment Conditions

• Successful candidates will undergo a post-offer pre-employment physical exam, drug/alcohol screening, and a background check.
• Some positions may require ongoing drug and alcohol testing as per FMCSA regulations.

Work Environment

• This role involves working in environments with moving mechanical equipment, varying weather conditions, temperature extremes, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
