General Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Associate! In this role, you will create a welcoming and efficient environment for our customers and team members alike. You will handle sales transactions, ensure the store is stocked, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.

Essential Job Duties:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and engaging with customers, making them feel valued and appreciated.
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately, addressing any discrepancies such as voids or misprints responsibly.
• Prepare high-quality food using kitchen equipment while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels in the Deli section.
• Promote current specials and engage in suggestive selling during customer interactions.
• Ensure sales areas (deli, sales floor, and cooler) are clean and well-organized, making products visually appealing for customers.
• Keep all areas, including floors, restrooms, and parking lots, clean and tidy.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Stay compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to multitask effectively to meet various customer needs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating honesty and commitment to attendance.
• Possess basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Willingness to work various shifts (morning, evening, overnight), including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, lift (up to 55 lbs.), push, pull, reach, bend, squat, climb, and walk daily.
• Comfortable working in cooler environments (35 degrees or less) and diverse seasonal weather conditions.
