Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

How Youll Make an Impact

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member?ready area.
• Receive & stock merchandise in an organized manner.
• Maintain inventory so that there is no out of stock and over?stock products.

What Youll Do

• Be a team member: maintain up?to?date knowledge of the products; collaborate with cross?functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service; and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
• Be an expert: understand the processes and specifications related to quality of produce; prepare products (trim, crisp, package, scale) according to established standards; maintain product safety and follow sanitation guidelines; and adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Be a techie: leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production and quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
• Be an owner: drive the performance of the area; manage inventory using perpetual techniques; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and attend to customer needs.
• Be a talent ambassador: advocate for the department and club; model high quality service and products; execute basics at the highest possible level of quality; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; and apply these in executing business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co?workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
