What You'll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Motivate and coach your team to deliver top-tier service and performance.
• Drive Sales: Use your sales expertise to boost ticket averages, upsell services, and grow the customer base.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.
• Run the Shop: Oversee daily operations, manage workflow, and keep things running smoothly. Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Proven sales success in automotive or related fieldsthis is a must.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for customer service and a drive to exceed goals.
• 23 years of experience in automotive service management preferred.
• Familiarity with shop management software (like Tekmetric) and basic office tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
