Job Description:

• The clinet is looking for creative and strategically minded social content lead to tell our story through social channels.
• In this role you will drive the creative ideation and execution of social content across platforms and regions.
• Ensures brand consistency and engagement through compelling storytelling and multimedia assets.

• Lead ideation and production of content across formats (video, static, stories, reels, GIFs, and animations).
• Collaborate with internal teams (Campaigns, Product Marketing, PR, Creative, etc.) and agencies to develop content ideation that informs, educates, and builds trust in the client's brand.
• Translate brand narratives and campaign goals into compelling visual and written content.
• Drive experimentation with new formats, storytelling techniques, and platform features (e.g., reels, shorts, carousels).
• Maintain brand voice and visual identity across all platforms and regions.
• Develop content guidelines and toolkits for internal and external partners. Manage content guidelines and asset libraries.
• Support localization efforts by coordinating with regional teams and agencies to adapt content for cultural relevance while maintaining brand integrity.
• Utilize Adobe Workfront to manage creative workflows, approvals, and asset delivery.
• Assist with social media post scheduling within Sprinklr.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally in B2B or SaaS technology marketing.
• Strong portfolio of leading social-first creative work demonstrating storytelling and brand alignment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and familiarity with Sprinklr.
• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or similar project management software.
• Ability to translate business goals into engaging content.
• Experience working with agencies and production teams is a plus.
