U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is an international tier-one supplier of high-speed chain drive systems to the automotive industry.----------The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the design, planning and implementation of human resources programs and policies for staffing, compensation, benefits, immigration, employee relations, training, and health and safety. Ensures human resources strategies align with organizational business goals. Evaluates human resources processes and strategies to determine improvements to be made and reports findings to top management. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.----Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description - other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.Develops and manages recruitment, training, and onboarding proceduresOversees benefits administration, compensation-wage structure, and performance management systemsManages legal compliance, adherence to Company policies, and disciplinary actionsManages employee health and safety programsAdministers and manages plant security requirementsAdvises management regarding appropriate resolutions to employee relationsManages the activities of the Human Resources Department

Requirements:
