The Intake Data Entry Coordinator for the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program is the first contact between veterans and available SSVF services. Responsibilities include determining eligibility during the initial interview, processing preliminary assessments, making referrals to community partners, completing phone screenings, entering enrolled clients into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and client trackers.
