A company is looking for a Referral Coordinator responsible for coordinating scheduling and referrals for patient services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates scheduling and referrals to healthcare providers and services
• Maintains and updates provider contact information and patient data in the electronic medical system
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and participates in special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
• One year of relevant experience
• No professional license or certifications required
• Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent lifting and data entry
• Experience with medical terminology and insurance preferred
