What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond appropriately to emergency situations as needed.

Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the logistics and distribution location.

Verify credentials and/or identification of personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering or exiting the premises.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions as required.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and/or security-related violations.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and visitors to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed.

Maintain accurate records and logs of access control activities, incidents, and any irregularities observed during shifts.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
