Bender Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Bender Operator. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for shaping, finishing, and preparing stainless steel tubing to meet both standard product specifications and custom rail designs. Your craftsmanship will directly contribute to the high-quality standards our customers expect.

First Shift 6-2:30pm

20-21 an hour!

Essential Skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and machinery.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in metal fabrication or a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not requiredtraining will be provided.
• Experience with machine operation is a plus.
• Computer skills are a must.
• Must be able to read schematics/blueprints.

Work Environment

Work in a collaborative and safety-conscious environment where precision and quality are paramount. Utilize hand tools, specialized machinery, and computer systems to achieve production goals. The workspace is organized to ensure efficiency and safety, with a focus on teamwork and communication.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
