Oversee Actionstep's involvement in Certified Consulting Partner (CCP)-led implementations, ensuring strong coordination between partners, customers, and internal teams. Manage internal implementations and professional services projects directly, delivering within agreed scope, budget, and timeline. This role focuses on partner governance, enablement, and delivery oversight, ensuring partners follow best practices and that all projects achieve the desired customer outcomes. Acting as a bridge between internal teams, CCPs, and customers, the Project Manager balances delivery execution with partner development and continuous improvement.
