About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Enterprise AI Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of AI‑driven solutions across multiple accounts in the Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing space. This role is critical in shaping enterprise AI architecture strategy—defining scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions that align with business objectives and drive digital transformation.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic workflows, with a proven track record of applying AI to transform both business and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise AI architecture strategy across accounts.
• Evaluate and enhance AI frameworks, governance models, and technology adoption.
• Architect and design AI‑native, LLM‑based, and agentic solutions for complex enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate AI into enterprise systems.
• Establish AI governance, observability, and responsible AI standards across projects.
• Lead consulting workshops, influence client decision‑making, and support presales initiatives.

Required Skills

• Hands‑on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LLaMA), LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma), RAG/GraphRAG, and MLOps/LLMOps frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI across IT service delivery lifecycle using Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, MCP tools, or custom agents.
• Strong understanding of AI security, governance, and compliance.
• Familiarity with Azure or GCP, and enterprise‑scale AI deployment.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, event‑driven systems, and cloud‑native architectures.
• Strong background in Python, Node.js, .NET, or Java.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and integration frameworks.

Leadership Skills

• Proven ability to lead multi‑regional technical teams and client engagements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and consulting abilities, including CXO‑level interactions.
• High learning agility and innovation mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Minimum 20 years of experience, with at least 10 years in architecture and 5 years in AI/ML.
