Essential Functions

• Pickup F/G parts from service Drop Zone for repack
• Verification of Part # on part to Model Indicators
• Pack service orders per standard work instruction.
• Apply box labels matching physical part in the box.
• Move components to home location upon receiving
• Pull build kits to support assy production plan.
• Manage FIFO of finished goods in the rack
• Assemble expendable inserts & boxes for packing.
• Daily 5S responsibilities
• Complete Daily Forklift check sheet and report any issues.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• It will also be expected that this activity will require Kaizen activity to improve efficiency.
• Ability to quickly recognize problems.
• Work in a team environment
• Ability to focus on and notice even the smallest aspects of a task or situation, leading to thoroughness, accuracy and precision in work

• High school diploma or equivalent required
