What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Own the Incident Life Cycle by acting as the single point of contact for all incoming requests
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to maximize first‑contact resolution rates
  • Maintain clear communication with users, providing regular updates and adherence to SLAs
  • Document common issues and validate solutions through the Knowledge Base
  • Refer customers to the Professional Services team as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 2+ years of related experience in a helpdesk or IT support role
  • Experience with ticket management systems
  • Proven ability to categorize and prioritize incidents based on impact and urgency
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Proficiency in the French language (verbal and written)
  • Experience or interest in the timber/logging industry
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework or concepts
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or SQL and related database technologies
  • Knowledge of innovative technologies like Generative AI (GenAI)
