The Group Director of Programmatic & Media leads the Programmatic media team (P&M). The P&M team develops and executes media plans spanning both programmatic and direct media partnerships. As department lead, you will own staffing allocation, internal processes related to finance and revenue documentation, coordination across internal teams (AdOps, Analytics, Tech), and will drive the strategic vision for growth and innovation for the unit.
You will work with team leads to provide continuous training and education on positioning of programmatic buys, changes to the ecosystem, and best practices for clients. You will join new business and sales opportunities as well as review content for quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment with best practices and best-in-class programmatic strategy.

Salary Range: $160,000$185,000 USD per year. Base pay range: $160,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr.
