Responsibilities

• Oversee day?to?day operations of the nursing home, including Operations, Clinical, HR functions, Training and Regulatory requirements.


• Manage clinical, regulatory, and staffing compliance to maintain a safe and quality environment.


• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including residents, families, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Nursing Home License in Nebraska.


• Must have an active Nursing Home License in Kentucky.


• Bachelors degree or higher.


• 38 years experience as a Nursing Home Administrator.


• Proven track record in operating a nursing home in a COVID environment with strong understanding of regulatory compliance.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the day, using proper body mechanicsbending, stooping, turning, stretching, reaching above the shoulders.


• Must be able to cope with the mental, emotional, and physical stress of the position.


• Must be able to observe, listen, and communicate effectively.


• Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, support agencies, and outside agencies.


• Must be able to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people within the facility.
