Overview
Senior Project Manager role at First Quality.

Responsibilities
- Own and lead the project management life cycle from initial charter development through post-launch reviews, ensuring delivery aligns with objectives.
 - Lead cross-functional teams, align project scope, allocate resources, and create detailed, actionable timelines.
 - Conduct risk assessments, proactively resolve issues, and maintain project resilience.
 - Identify and escalate issues and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership while minimizing disruption.
 - Act as gatekeeper of the stage-gate process, using data to support decisions and documentation.
 - Manage intake of new projects, categorize and prioritize the project portfolio and requests.
 - Facilitate Business Case reviews and approvals between requesters and senior leaders.
 - Provide visibility into project status with dashboards and regular updates to stakeholders.
 - Analyze required functions/disciplines for each project and ensure leaders are engaged and accountable.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline preferred).
 - Minimum 7 years of executive program/project management experience across multiple functions and disciplines.
 - Experience in a consumer products manufacturing environment preferred.
 - PMP Certification highly preferred; Change Management certification a plus.
 - Financial acumen to align change efforts with financial perspectives.
 - Extensive experience with Microsoft Project and other PM tools.
 - Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to present data clearly at executive levels.
 - Executive influencing skills and ability to operate across levels; adept at summarizing large data sets into actionable plans.
 - Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results amid changing conditions.
 - Technical and presentation skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 - Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities and superb follow-up to keep processes moving.
 
Travel
Travel to First Quality facilities for key meetings and milestones may be required. Travel typically ranges from 5% to 25%.
