We are seeking a Service Delivery Project Manager to join our Customer Success team at Orfium and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and scalable operations for our clients.
This role sits within Service Delivery, bridging the gap between process execution, data flows, and cross-team coordination across our business.
You will collaborate with Product Managers, CS, Operations, and Business teams to manage daily data ingestion and delivery and reporting tasks, support catalog onboarding, and ensure smooth integration for clients.
Alongside executing daily and monthly operational processes, you will take ownership of data integration activities, analyze operational data to identify trends, and deliver actionable insights that support decision-making.
This role also involves monitoring client requests, preparing reports, and ensuring all tasks are accurately documented and tracked. By combining hands-on operational work with structured project management, you will help optimize delivery cycles, strengthen client trust, and drive continuous improvement across Service Delivery.
