A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Fully Remote Benefit Customer Service Representative in San Diego, CA! (Must reside in or near!)
You'll have the rewarding opportunity to assist our client plan participants through the enrollment process and updates to their health care and/or pension plans. You will provide exceptional service in a remote environment (following onboarding and training), ensuring each contact is handled with care, professionalism, and a personal touch.

Customer Service Representative Compensation

• The pay for this position is $17.25/hr and goes to $18.50/hr after 30 days
• $18.00/hr and goes to $19.25/hr after 30 days if bilingual
• Benefits are available to full-ti.me employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position Monday – Friday and Must be flexible between 6a-8p
