Job Description

Your Responsibilities

We seek an ambitious Outside Sales Associate to support our fast-growing business. If you are a top performer, eager to manage your own territory, and driven by uncapped earnings, this role is for you.

The Outside Sales Rep represents our insulation and building products division, actively growing sales and promoting our brand.

• Build strong customer relationships
• Manage existing clients and prospect in your territory independently
• Exhibit excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in computer systems for processing orders and requests
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to succeed
• Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required if operating a company vehicle
• 3-5 years of outside sales experience
• Knowledge of the building industry preferred
• Understanding of commercial insulation, building envelope, or science is a plus
• Ability to interpret construction drawings

Note: This is a safety-sensitive position.

Travel Requirements

Flexibility to cover a territory within a 250-mile radius, including overnight stays, up to 75% of the time.

Physical Requirements

Work at installation sites or warehouses, involving climbing, stooping, balancing, kneeling, crawling, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), driving, and long periods of sitting or standing.
