As the SVP, Head of Global Growth Marketing, you will be a visionary and hands-on marketing leader who can build predictable and repeatable processes to generate quality pipeline across our complex, global product portfolios. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will:

1. Drive transformative change within the GTM strategy for increased ROI and budget efficiency.
2. Oversee a team of digital experts to drive this important discipline in support of Blackbaud's brand performance, growth, customer satisfaction, and customer retention goals.
3. Develop and execute comprehensive, global demand generation strategies that drive transformative change for increased ROI across our GTM approach and enable us to achieve our revenue goals.
4. Create and manage the plan and budget to achieve ambitious demand generation goals. Lead your teams to drive value across the end-to-end buyer's journey, building long-term brand affinity.
5. Be a strong collaborator across the larger organization to drive sustainable growth and change that delivers revenue and LTV that extends beyond ARR.
6. Tightly align with global sales to continually improve pipeline quality.
7. Create a strategic demand and campaign strategy to drive short- and long-term growth for our diverse portfolio of products and global markets.
8. Work hand-in-hand with Brand, Product, and Content Marketing to influence bold, resonating messaging and content in support of demand and ABM campaigns.
9. Lead campaign optimization efforts to continually deliver qualified demand across all channels while balancing brand and overall corporate goals and needs.
10. Be a passionate marketing technologist who balances innovation with sustainability across the integration of Martech and Revtech.
11. Work across all marketing teams to measure performance against KPIs and deliver insights that drive optimization and change.

What you need to be successful:

1. Minimum of 20+ years in senior marketing leadership roles, including significant experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, and/or integrated marketing in the SaaS sector.
2. Proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth.
3. Deep understanding of inside sales processes, strategies, and industry best practices.
4. Hands-on leadership experience to balance strategy with operational excellence and execution.
5. Deep knowledge of ABM and integrated marketing campaigns including account segmentation.
6. Deep understanding of omni-channel marketing.
7. Strong experience with marketing technology and operations including marketing and sales automation, CRM, ABM and ad tech, engagement platforms, and performance marketing.
