Silvercote is currently hiring a Machine Operator who is responsible for the daily production of MBI (Metal Building Insulation) products.

Do you have what it takes?

1. Safe and efficient operation of the lamination machine.
2. Accountable for ensuring correct materials are used and proper recording of waste.
3. Monitors the quality of insulation product as it runs through the machine and makes adjustments and corrections as necessary.
4. Partners with team of Laminators to ensure production levels are met.
5. Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs.
6. Ability to stand for up to 12 hours to perform job related tasks.

What qualifications do you need?

1. Experienced working in a manufacturing and/or production facility.
2. Mechanically inclined.
3. Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
4. Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.
