We are currently working with a Real Estate Firm who is looking to bring on a Head of Capital Formation to lead their capital raising efforts. This leadership role will be pivotal in identifying and securing investors for our deal-by-deal projects, ensuring the firm's continued growth and success in the competitive real estate market.

Head of Capital Formation Key Responsibilities:

  • Investor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, institutional investors, and other capital sources.
  • Capital Raising: Lead efforts in raising capital on a deal-by-deal basis for various real estate projects, ensuring timely and efficient fund sourcing.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and investor preferences to optimize capital raising strategies.
  • Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to structure investment opportunities that align with investor goals and company objectives.
  • Strategic Growth: Contribute to long-term business development initiatives, positioning the firm as a leader in real estate investment.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present regular updates to the executive team on capital raising progress, investor feedback, and fundraising performance.

Head of Capital Formation Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in capital raising, investor relations, or business development, ideally within real estate or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment structures, markets, and capital markets.
  • Established network of investors and capital sources, including HNWIs, family offices, private equity, and institutional investors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership ability with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
