Clinical Device Support - Contract - Louisville, KY - $40.00 - $43.16/hr.The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Cognizant is seeking a Clinical Device Support in Louisville, KY.
Role Description
•Provide support for users of Clinical Device and systems.
•Provide hands-on Support in Clinical Device setups, upgrades, and maintenance.
•Provide general training for relevant applications and hardware
•Responds to client inquiries
•Provides technical support to end users
•Troubleshoots hardware and software issues
•Provides instructions or directly sets up Clinical Device
•Travel from Site to Site for the Clinical Device support in different facilities.
•Records logs of rendered support.
•Good interpersonal skill and communication.
•Travel from office to onsite is required on a daily basis with milage reimbursement on travel bills.
Skills & Requirements
•Experience: 4 to 8 years
•Experience/Knowledge on Medical & Clinical Devices
•Basic System and Infra Knowledge
•Troubleshooting Clinical or Medical Devices
•Service Desk/Desktop Support (Remote)/Field Services
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
•Prior experience in Clinical Devices or related field
•In-depth knowledge of Clinical hardware and software systems, like MRI, Cardio, Xray machines
•Knowledge in computer operating systems such as Mac, Linux, and Windows
•Minimum of 4 years of experience in Service Desk, Field Services, and Desktop Support.
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Strong understanding of geospatial data management practices.
•Willingness to travel as required.
•Proactive approach to problem-solving.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
•Strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
