Work in conjunction with the Track Supervisor to install and repair railroad track and complete other projects as needed.
Operate machinery in order to adequately inspect the track.
Complete all required documentation.
Promote a safe work environment.
Railroad experience preferred.
Perform tasks associated with track work including but not limited to: pulling and driving spikes, replacing ties, surfacing track, changing rail, bars, and other track apparatus.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a Track Inspector / Foreman.
Ability to pass railroad safety test and training.
Ability to communicate well with co-workers, customers, and supervisors.
Ability to operate power tools.
